How to set up CrisisGo

  • Staff Member
    To set up CrisisGo as a Staff Member, please follow these steps:
    1. Download the app - Search for CrisisGo in iTunes/App Store, Google Play/Android Store or Chrome Web Store.
    2. Log into your account - Open the app, and then use the login and password provided by your organization.
    3. Start learning - Check out the CrisisGo training center for helpful videos on how to use the different CrisisGo tools. Your organization can send training cards to your message groups. These cards will train you on specific features on the CrisisGo app.
  • Community Member

    To set up CrisisGo as a Community Member, please follow these steps:

    1. Download the app - search for CrisisGo in iTunes/App Store, Google Play/Android Store, Chrome Web Store.
    2. Set up your account - Open the app and select, "sign up for free." Enter an account name of your choice and your first and last name, followed by your chosen password, and then verify that password.
    3. Subscribe to message group(s) - Tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner, select "Subscribe," and enter the Group ID # or scan the QR code.
    4. Update account - Tap the "More" tab on the bottom right corner, select "My Account," and then verify your email, phone number, and zip code to be prepared for daily messages and emergency communication.
  • Student Mobile App

    To set up Safe2SpeakUp as a Student, please follow these steps:

    1. Download the app - Search for Safe2SpeakUp in iTunes/App Store, Google Play/Android Store, or Chrome Web Store.
    2. Set up your account - Open the app and use the login and password provided by your school. You will automatically be included in the message groups for your school district and building.
    3. Start learning - Check out the CrisisGo training center for helpful videos on how to use the reporting tool.
