How to set up CrisisGo as a Staff member

1. Download the App

  • Search for CrisisGo in iTunes/App Store or Google Play/Android Store.

2. Log in to Your Account

  • Open the app.
  • Use the login and password provided by your organization.

3. Start Learning

  • Check out the CrisisGo Training Center for helpful videos on how to use the different CrisisGo tools.
  • Your organization can send training cards to your message groups. These cards will train you on specific features on the CrisisGo app.

How to set up CrisisGo as a Community Member

1. Download the app

  • Search for CrisisGo in iTunes/App Store or Google Play/Android Store.

2. Set Up Your Account

  • Open the app and select, "Sign Up for Free."
  • Enter an account name of your choice.
  • Enter your first and last name.
  • Enter your chosen password, and verify that password.

3. Subscribe to Message Group(s)

  • Tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner.
  • Select "Subscribe."
  • Enter your group ID # or scan the QR code.

4. Update Account

  • Tap the "More" tab on the bottom right corner.
  • Select "My Account."
  • Verify your email, phone number, and zip code to be prepared for daily messages and emergency communication.

How to set up Safe2Speakup as a student

1. Download the app

  • Search for Safe2SpeakUp in iTunes/App Store or Google Play/Android Store.

2. Set Up Your Account

  • Open the app.
  • Use the login and password provided by your school.
  • You will automatically be included in the message groups for your school district and building.

3. Start Learning

  • Check out the CrisisGo Training Center for helpful videos on how to use the reporting tool.
